The Mayakoba resort complex, which consists of homes by Andaz, Banyan Tree, Fairmont and Rosewood, has officially completed its new El Pueblito city sq. space. 

El Pueblito is made to resemble a common Mexican city sq., and it offers guests of all 4 resorts at the complex a variety of foods and beverage venues – which includes a sweet store and an artisan ice cream store – as very well as a lineup of retail retailers, a gazebo and a wedding ceremony chapel. 

Andaz Mayakoba has just opened the last piece of the sq., El Pueblito Bar. Made to offer guests more of a nightlife practical experience, the new bar is the only bar in the sq. and it stays open up until finally two a.m., which is a few several hours afterwards than any of the other bars in the resort complex. The opening of the new bar coincides with the launch of a new Chef’s Desk practical experience at the Andaz Mayakoba. Set in Casa Amate’s central back garden, the practical experience starts with a personalized greeting by Chef Miguel Gomez and his workforce, followed by a welcome cocktail and a choice of smaller entrees. The chef then results in a a few-system menu pasted on guests’ choices (taking into account any foods allergies) and clarifies the food, alongside with its wine pairings, as it is served. All components are regionally sourced and natural, and the foods is grilled. 

Eventually, the Casa Amate, in partnership with Dom Pérignon, is providing guests a unique Champagne dinner by February 24. Chef Gomez and Pastry Chef Daniel Moreno have made a lineup of regionally influenced dishes, these types of as caviar tacos and Mexique chocolate mousse, to complement the well-known Champagne.
