Hello! My name is Carolyn Marie. I work as a yoga instructor, physical trainer, and NLP practitioner. My hobbies are writing reading and cooking. As a yoga instructor, I was able to practice and implement a lot of new healthy habits. I have trained more than 5000 students. Yoga should be practiced every day. It helps to calm your body and mind and helps to remain in a present state of mind. When I was teaching, one of my students wanted me to write down the principles, facts and myths of yoga as a blog.
